Contract Administrator – Full-Time – Encino office

Responsibilities: 

·                    Maintenance of a database of 2500+ senior living contracted facilities.

·                    Liaison with the contracted facilities regarding Accent on Seniors

·                    Contact prospective facilities for contracting, maintaining organized follow-up.

·                    Input newly contracted facility profiles/details and input updates.

·                    Special related projects..

 

 

Duties/Skills:

·                    Highly organized and detail oriented.

·                    Strong administrative skills

·                    Excellent computer skills

·                    Excellent writing skills and expert spelling.

·                    Polished telephone skills.

·                    Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, with excellent keyboard skills. 

·                    Familiarity with ACT or database contact program.

 

 

Education/Experience:

·                    Minimum 2 year college degree and 5 years administrative office experience or High School grad with 10+ years office administration experience.

·                    Senior living industry or healthcare contracts management would be a plus!

·
